This is the loaf that earned the "best in the world" customer review.  It has both a crunchy crust and lovely soft and open interior.  Every time I bake it at home I have to add extras so there are still some left for my customers.  My granddaughter can't keep her hands off it.

This loaf is made from 100% certified organic ingredients - i.e. the flour is organic as there is only flour, salt and water in the bread.
