Wholemeal Loaf

If you are really committed to gut health, then this is considered more healthy than a pure white loaf.  For me, I am happy to eat either.  These loaves are 75% wholemeal, and the rest is stoneground white flour.  Over to you.  Sourdough is really good for you regardless, so enjoy.  

This loaf is made from 100% certified organic ingredients - i.e. the flour is organic as there is only flour, salt and water in the bread.
